Jaén/Jayyan

Although I am still finding the words to express my sentiments, I have to say that my visit to Jaén has been one of the most emotional, meaningful, and thought-provoking experiences of the trip so far. It was also the most strenuous as I had to climb (and then descend) the hill upon which the city’s main fortress was perched (it took 3-4 hours!). But it was well worth the view! Judge for yourselves.
